Support FAQs

Open a support ticket. This will alert our team to your enquiry and make it easy for you to track the progress of our communication history. It's also more reliable than direct email. You will receive an email notification when your ticket is updated.

If you're using our add-ons or themes, you already get 12 months of free updates and product-specific technical support from the date of purchase. Premium support is for everything else - installation and configuration of add-ons and themes, general queries about Concrete CMS, performing upgrades, and more. We prefer support tickets as it's easier to manage. We offer limited phone support for existing clients in urgent situations. This can be initiated via a new support ticket and we will call you back as soon as we're available. Please note, the phone support rates are higher than ticket support.

In the unlikely event you haven't received a response within this timeframe, please check your email system's "junk mail" folder in case it has flagged the ticket notification as spam (incorrectly). Otherwise, there may be a public holiday, and we're away from the office. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

We provide support in English. If you are unable to communicate in English, we recommend using Google Translate, although can't guarantee that all technical terms will be converted accurately.
