You can go to your Full Sitemap page in the dashboard and then select the Blog Post page where you want to apply the header image.

And then select Properties to bring up the Page Properties window.

You can also launch this from the page itself.

And then go to Custom Attributes tab and search for the "Page Thumbnail" attribute in the search bar and click it and then specify the image that you wanted to be displayed.
